47th Place Carpet One Floor & Home

Just had carpet installed from 47th place mid November 2023. Happy with the service provided and very happy with their install crew! Exceptional and professional work by the crew. Satisfied with the living room, hall and bedrooms and replaced base boards with 4 1/2 inch All done by the same crew.

Don’t waste your time. Tina came to my home for a quote. Complete bath remodel and complete replacement of vinyl plank flooring. I have literally begged for an estimate. She kept making promises but never came through. Even when I reminded her that it was not received she failed to come through. I would hate to think that she did not want to service us because we are black. There were times when I was even told that she was in and when asked my name, informed she was not there. Black people have money too! Not one phone call or letter or an email. DISRESPECTFUL !!!!!!! Go somewhere and retire!!!!!!!!!!

Had nothing but problems getting carpet replaced in 2 bedrooms. Complained about the way carpet was laid in closets. They said they would fix it. That was January 25th and I have not heard a word. More terrible customer service. I can call you. Really?Here we are 6 months later and still no follow up from 47th Place. They are the ones who have to call the installer for fix. They definitely have my number.
