Shawn and Andy led the project seamlessly from start to finish, always answering our questions promptly along the way and ensuring our unique specifications were met. We purchased our Riva Spain engineered hardwood from Van Briggle Floors. Ryan was very helpful in providing samples to take home, finalizing the order, and keeping us updated on timing. When we received our materials, we were second guessing if we had made the right decision for our home. Even though Van Briggle wasn’t doing our installation (we had already hired a general contractor for our remodel who had his own flooring installer), Andy went above and beyond to help us. He came over to our house to see the flooring in various lighting, patiently answered all of our questions, sent follow up photos of the same materials installed in another home, and provided guidance on some installation specific decisions we needed to make. He is extremely responsive, knowledgable, and cares a lot about his customers’ satisfaction. I would highly recommend Van Briggle Floors to anyone, and if we ever find ourselves putting in new flooring again, we would choose them for installation as well.

Andy and the entire Van Briggle Floors team are top notch professionals. Super knowledgable, friendly and great with communicating and walking us through the entire process from choosing the flooring we envisioned to the installation process. I shopped multiple flooring companies and Van Briggle had the best price for the flooring I was looking for by far. After the flooring was installed, I had some heavy appliances delivered that ended up scratching parts of the flooring. I did a ton of research on different products to fix the scratches without success. But I reached out to Andy and he recommended a product that made the scratches disappear instantly. These guys know their stuff! And they will go the extra mile to help their customers even after the sale. I'm truly impressed with the knowledgable and friendly service (and pricing) from Van Briggle and definitely recommend anyone who is looking for flooring to check them out!
