Bigfoot carpets has been really good to me over the years, Juan Lopez has been the one who has helped the most, we've had multiple floors that we've purchased through him and they're all holding up great. We refer bigfoot to whoever needs floors. My parents and friends have all had really good experiences as well. Juan is very professional and knowledgeable in every aspect of his shop.

We bought our floors there 3 years ago, we specifically asked if we would need the extra layer to put for the laminate flooring and they told us no. A year into it our floors started to buckle and peel terribly. We reached out to them to let them know, and they would not offer us any type of refund or discount at all even though we had paid over $5000 for the flooring and install. We are now working with another company who is doing our floors and are SO much more professional and stated that they had a few customers with the same issue and that they worked with the customers to fix it. They could not believe Big Foot Flooring refused to help us. Do not go through Big Foot Flooring. They do not care about their customers at all.
