They were polite and kept me informed, their work was thorough, and they cleaned up before they left My floors are beautiful, and you can tell they were put in by professionals. Professional, quality installation and service. We had our flooring and carpet installed a while ago, and we can honestly say we still love our flooring and the wonderful, professional service we received. We did our research and went to at least five flooring stores and online reviews to get exactly what we wanted, and at the right price. We weren't in a hurry and are not easily pressured by sales people. We had heard about Bakers through word of mouth but again, we did our own research and Bakers prices were the best by far! With the exact same brand of carpet and LVP flooring we were quoted in other places. The professional services offered was the best - from on the spot quotes sent immediately, daily check ins confirming arrival time, cleanliness, respectful and mindful of our dog. Mike did a daily inspection of work completed for the day after his crew was done and before they left for the day to ensure that we were happy with the progress. We couldn't have asked for better service, price or quality of workmanship. Thank you Mike !
