Floors To Go

We hired Floors to go a few years ago. The installation was done poorly and they would not fix or remedy the floors. We ended up going to Arbitration where we won the maximum amount which was 25K. Carl refused to pay and we ended up having his bond of 15K awarded to us leaving an unpaid balance of 10K which he still has not paid. The state of California and the CSLB revoked his license for one year starting on 1/21/2026 for failing to comply with the Arbitration hearing. Since he was the only person who held a contractors license (everyone that works there installing worked under his license) you better make sure that whoever is installing your floors has a valid contractors license or you will be sorry. I would obviously not recommend this company at all. They guarantee the floors and the installation but did not honor any part of it.

I cannot say enough about this locally run business. Gordon, Carol, Scott the installer. A-1! Had a problem with the original flooring installation. Both Scott, and Gordon came to inspect the floors. They all worked so hard to make it right and to make us happy. Naturally things sometime take a little time. Life happens, and patience is a virtue. We had no problem with being patient for Floors To Go. Everything was done professionally and Scott, dude, Scott kept me informed through the whole process. Didn't know anything about flooring installation, but I do now. Thanks again Scott. Scott rocks! I highly recommend these wonderful people. Flooring issues, Floors To Go!!!
