Lago Flooring

I called 9/20/24 and spoke to a woman I told her my contractor abandoned my project and that I was needing 1 piece of flooring since it cracked so easily. She told me to come to Hayward to pick it up and as I was getting the address she said I actually can’t pick the flooring because I’m not the contractor (thankfully I let her know I was coming from an hour away). Then she said she would speak to someone and get back to me about allowing me to pick up an entire package because they are wholesalers. I thanked her and she disconnected the call. She did not call back. 9/21/24 I called back after the phone rang 15+ times a gentlemen by the name of “Tommy” answers the phone I told him that someone was supposed to call me back and did not. He asked “what about?” I told him he sounded very rude and he said he was the owner of the company. I told him what I had told the woman and then he disconnected the call. He calls back and again I tell him I had spoken to a woman the day before and interrupts me and asks “does it matter?” And said “contact your contractor” then AGAIN disconnects the call. How is the business still running?!! Horrible material and service!! This is two months into using my new flooring.
