It’s pretty sad to see such a great company and great team with true honesty and professionalism up here on Google with only one review and being 1 star. I️ don’t know what happened to that person but I️ can’t imagine it’s bona-fide knowing this staff now after our project. Duane and his team did an amazing job helping me navigate through the tough process of a complete oak hardwood floor replacement on a 100 year old craftsman. They really do know their stuff and their integrity is very clear when they advise you. That’s to say, even if it’s not so good news like the Wood May take longer than expected to acclimate. They’re dedicated to doing good work and will make sure they follow up on the project on their own to see that it’s getting done well. Can’t say anything bad about my experience. It takes trust and these guys are trustworthy. Thanks Duane!
