Toyon construction

I can’t recommend Toyon construction enough! Jason did an amazing job converting our small unfinished space into a separate studio in-law unit with a complete kitchen and bathroom. He gave us great suggestions while simultaneously listening to our thoughts and bringing all of our design ideas to life. The space he created is beautiful, modern, comfortable and was done within our budget. We’ve been using it for months now with no issues. Aside from his great work, Jason is extremely professional, reliable, and communicative. As we discovered during our initial search for a contractor, this can be hard to find. Business aside, he’s also just an all around great person. We’re very thankful we eventually came across his company. We’ll definitely be using Toyon for future projects!

My primary bathroom renovation was smooth and handled professionally with quality workmanship, on time and on budget. This was the second complete renovation by Toyon Construction on a home built in the 1970’s. A couple of before and after photos of the project . Thank you !

Jason is amazing!! Excellent work, easy to communicate with, professional, kind, punctual, organized, reasonably priced: everything that you’d want when working with a contractor. In my case, I needed someone willing to do smaller jobs to work with my budget constraints. Not a moment where I felt my small jobs were beneath him. He’s even helped me strategize about future projects and the steps to get there. So grateful to jason! He is definitely my guy when it comes to future housing projects and repairs.🌸🙏🌸
