The team was professional, punctual, and paid great attention to detail. The flooring looks beautiful and completely transformed the space. The stair installation was especially impressive, clean lines, solid finish, and a perfect match with the rest of the flooring. From start to finish, was clear, and the workmanship was top-notch. Absolute fantastic experience from the time my wife and I stepped inside their showroom, Victor took excellent care and answered EVERY question we had. Fernando and his crew did a great job on the install and Ana was wonderful to work with as well - very attentive to our needs and you could tell they wanted the best for our flooring. Definitely recommend and would do business with again

They don’t pick up there phone so I went ahead and filled out the questionnaire and gave them my email. BIG mistake! So after 1 full week they NEVER responded to my actual work request; but they did steal my email address and then started to spam me stupid emails about them actually doing a project for me? I am sure they will now sell my email address to other spammers so I will get more spam…yay! Do you guys actually do floors or just sell peoples information for a living? BLOCKED!
