I’ll start with customer service experience. We were greeted immediately with a strong handshake by Matt. He asked a couple of questions; then led us in the right direction. Matt discreetly excused himself, I think to give us the time needed to look at all the choices. When he came back there was no pressure to buy ; he just asked us what we would like to do. We had a good idea of the colors we would like so samples were given to bring home. Matt made an appt. to come to the house and take measurements. That process only took a few minutes ( not his first rodeo!). Matt called the next morning with the cost and set a date to install. The installer’s Horacio and Alex were the BEST ever!! On time, professional, friendly, well trained, swift in each step needing done. Respectful of the furniture they removed and reinstalled in our home. Careful in the removal and laying of the carpet. They removed all material and even vacuumed (twice) making the new carpet look amazing! I can’t say enough what phenomenal men Horacio and Alex were. Not only does great customer service bring back returning customers; but makes for recommendations for years to come. Matt is amazing! Checked on us numerous times as we were shopping for carpet for a build out in our garage for my boyfriend's daughter's room. Very friendly and accommodating. We will be back!
