Both Melinda and Randy are deeply committed to their clients and went above and beyond for us throughout our three-month renovation project, which included a master bathroom remodel, whole-house interior painting, sheetrock work, and flooring updates across both our upstairs and downstairs levels. We got off to a rocky start after purchasing our first home, but the team at Designing Dreams truly saw our vision and helped bring it to life. Ultimately, they made us feel so much happier and more confident moving into our first home. Heather, Melinda, Randy, and I developed a highly consultative relationship from the start, meeting several times before demo began to ensure we had detailed renderings of our space, materials that aligned with our vision, and thoughtful consideration for our budget. Even amidst the inevitable renovation challenges, including a cracked bathtub delivery, plumbing issues common in older 90s homes, and configuration changes, many ad on's to our growing needs, the team at Designing Dreams remained professional, kind, responsive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. I also have to give a huge shoutout to Daniel Baker, whose kindness and consideration during this process were truly remarkable. He became a constant presence throughout the renovation and consistently went above and beyond to help, even in situations where he absolutely did not have to. To say he is one of the best members of their team would be a colossal understatement. We are incredibly happy with our home and cannot wait to work with Designing Dreams again on future projects. We have used Designing Dreams 3 times now. Randy is always clear with everything that is going to happen and also offers great suggestions. They always show up on time and everything is left clean and trash removed. Zac took extra care putting in our new stovetop and ovens. He also replaced 2 toilets another time for us. Robert’s attention to detail when repainting our cabinet blended perfectly. Also there’s Melinda who follows up to make sure we were totally satisfied. Our first job with them was a total master bathroom remodel and we couldn’t be happier with the beauty of it. Best of the Best!
