Huge thank you to the team at Franeys. At this point they’ve helped me from start to finish plan out how to install new carpets and hardwood floors in my home. Very knowledgeable team that is willing to put in the time to help you plan and execute your project. The team that installed my floors were extremely professional and took a great level of care when installing my floors. Shout out to Cameron for help with the planning and Vicente for knocking this out of the park.

Amazing to work with! Our Sales rep Cameron was very patient and professional throughout the entire project. We are in Clovis so 90% of the project planning was done via phone and text, and Cameron was always prompt to reply with requested information. We were converting from carpeted stairs to luxury vinyl plank which was a very difficult and time consuming project in our specific case. This journey began when Cameron drove up from Visalia to get an estimate for the job. While he was here we discussed different options of execution for making the stairs blend in with the existing ceramic plank tile at the top and bottom of the stairs. Once we can up with the final game plan we drove to Franey's to pick out LVP and place our deposit. Everyone there was just as friendly and welcoming as Cameron was which made us feel like we made the right choice. When the installation crew arrived, they went over what was going to be done for each day in detail. They were always respectful of our space, were friendly and professional. Each phase of the process was done with perfection and they always cleaned up at the end of the day. We are beyond pleased with the end result and will gladly recommend Franey's!

Franeys Carpeting was excellent from picking out the carpet to meet our needs for 4 bedrooms and a dining room. The sales person was very knowledgeable on the carpeting brands, materials, colors, and types (thick, pile, etc.). He explained the advantages and potential challenges of each one for each room. Their help allowed us to make a informed decision. Once we decided on the carpet, they scheduled the install which happened as agreed. Franeys' did call us to see about a earlier install as a break came up in their schedule, but we could not make that happen. The installers were very professional and organized moving our furniture out of the rooms with care. The install went very quickly and the results are magnificent. The rooms look great and the carpet under you feet is a real pleasure to walk on. I would recommend Franeys' to anyone looking for good quality flooring and professional installation.
