Creative Floor Covering

We had 5 bedrooms, two staircases, all closets, loft area and all the hallways padding and carpet replaced. Ellos hablan Español también! Our carpets were totally destroyed by the previous owners and Octavio took great care of us. Even took time to remove everything, clean it up and air it all out before completing all the work since it was in such rough shape. It was his idea which made us feel like he had our best interests at heart. We had some spots that needed build in custom fixtures taken out and put back in. We did a middle of the road Viking road, break free which turned out very comfy, clean and neutral. Has some greys and brown but still light. The price was more than fair for all that was done. He offered to help with the tiles spots as well! All in all a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend Creative Floor Covering for all flooring needs. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The owner is unresponsive. They installed LVT floors last summer. This winter, we called and asked them to fix these lvt boards that we noticed were separated (and probably had never been "locked" into place). The owner came by over a month ago and agreed to repair it. However, he has not returned recent calls and has not schedule a time to repair it. This is in the kitchen near the refrigerator and stove. This area gets a lot of use. As you can see, dirt has started collecting. There should be no white padding visible when locked into place. Also, lvt is not waterproof underneath. So if liquid gets under, it would be very prolematic. UPDATE: Soon after this review the repair was scheduled. The problem has been fixed.

Creative flooring saved my floor! I had damage to my wood floor and didn't know what it was from. Octavio came out and diagnosed the issue. He got an estimate to me right away and we agreed on a plan to get the work done. There was a delay in the arrival time and I was notified in a timely manner. The guys who did the work were professional, cleaned up after they were done and did a fantastic job fixing my floor! I highly recommend Creative Flooring for any flooring needs!
