Jeremy has added a half bath, remodeled a full bath, added a laundry space and added engineered wood flooring over the course of his work on my home. I have an older, small house which required a thoughtful, well-planned approach that respected the character of my house, while adding the renovations I wanted. Jeremy carried out the project exactly according to my plan, was always on-time, trustworthy and completed the job on budget. He used the phase "pride of home ownership " repeatedly to describe my various concerns and dreams for my home, which which conveyed to me his understanding of my attachment to my home. I live in an old home built before there were a lot of building codes, and my laundry room remodel provided a lot of challenges! I am delighted with the renovation by Jeremy of Sustainable Building and Design. Jeremy and his team had to repair significant rot in the laundry room floor, replacing the entire floor, added insulation in the walls, installed all new cabinets, built a shelving system plus counter with shelf below, moved the water heater, built a new set of stairs, totally redid the location and plumbing of the washer and dryer, and painted the walls. They were always cheerful and friendly, worked promptly, and finished the work on time and on budget! Jeremy of Sustainable Building and Design is an excellent contractor, and I heartily recommend him and his team.
