Semper Fi Carpet & Tile Cleaning - Elk Grove

I wanted to share my experience with Semper Fi Carpet & Tile Cleaning. A couple of months ago we had a large stain on a mattress and I thought we were going to need to replace the mattress. I called Semper Fi, and made an appointment and Alex came out a few days later. After he reviewed the stain and mattress, he told me “no problem in removing the stain and that he would make the mattress look like brand new” which he did, Mattress cleaning 10/10. I felt bad, because I was going to leave a review for this service and forgot. Today we had Alex back out to clean our front room carpets, their old and stained, but he made them look brand new again. As well, he cleaned a cream colored area rug for us that looks as good as the day we brought it home. He cleaned that rug in our garage, and in our garage was an old area rug that we thought was ruined and has been in our garage for about 3 years. He cleaned that rug on his own without telling me, at no charge, and it too looks brand new that we are going to put it back into the house. Carpet cleaning, 10/10 Alex is professional, courteous and friendly. I will use them again and would highly recommend Semper Fi Carpet & Tile Cleaning.

Simply the best carpet & tile cleaning! I've been using Ignacio and his floor care services for the past 5 years. Ignacio is always attentive to my calls and fits me into his schedule even with last minute notice. I have two dogs that can leave my carpets looking pretty shabby. Following a cleaning my carpets always look great. They're never over saturated and dry in a timely manner. When I had my tile cleaned, time & care was taken to assure the grout was left without stains. Highly recommend!!
