We recently had our stairs updated from carpet to hardwood by Family Floors and More, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We had existing hardwood that was discontinued and wanted the stairs to match as closely as possible. The young gentleman at the showroom went completely above and beyond—he walked through the entire showroom, pulled countless samples, and took the time to compare them to a piece of flooring we brought in. Thanks to his patience and dedication, he found an incredibly close match that we ended up choosing. Kevin, our salesman, was also a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He made sure every detail was taken care of and that everything went smoothly. The installation crew was professional, courteous, and did top-quality work.
