Bi Design Studio

I did a mini-remodel of a small bathroom and was delighted with the great tile choice suggestions and the way I was treated. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Mine was not a large project but I received a high level of personal attention just the same. The result was just beautiful! I couldn't recommend Bi Design Studio more.

As I arrived at BI Design store front, I was met by Janet, who immediately started helping me. For three sessions, she met with me and focused on my project with so much interest and design expertise. She sent me home with tiles to try out in my space and as I went between her suggestions and trying them out in my home, we honed down exactly what would look fabulous. I'm so impressed with the generosity and design expertise Janet gave us without reserve. I highly recommend working with this studio. They took excellent care of us from start to finish.

We have been customers for many years. Alexandra the owner, is very talented, has beautiful design ideas and is very helpful. She goes out of her way to make sure you are satisfied. She has helped us with design, materials and installation in our bathrooms, kitchen counters and backslash, rugs, carpets, drapes, etc. We had some delays that caused her installation to be stalled and she worked around us to make it all come together. Her products are higher quality than your average box stores and at first you may think they are high until you compare like quality and then you find they are very competitive. The edge they have is personalized customer service.
