East Bay Floor Leveling Services

Eric and his team worked on our ~600 square foot garage which was in serious need of leveling. Due to one corner having too large of a dip to level without raising the door, he worked with us to find a creative solution that leaves a nice “entryway” while leveling the rest of the garage. The final product is so beautiful that it makes me sad that I need to cover it (garage gym)! Eric was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend him to anyone who needs leveling services.

I needed about 400 square feet in my condo leveled out and I left messages with about 5 companies and this was the only one to call me back. Eric showed up and applied self leveler by himself in less than a half day. The next day, when he returned to pick up his equipment I mentioned a high spot (not his fault, the floor was THAT bad to start with) and he came the next day to grind it down. While grinding it down Eric and I started talking and he asked when I planned on installing the floor - he told me he was free that Saturday if I wanted some help. He came over Saturday and we busted through the floor together, him installing and me cutting, in several hours. Didn’t charge me for install, only for leveling. On top of that he offered to come and help with the trim as well (I ended up doing it myself but in hindsight I probably should have taken him up on that 😅). I can’t recommend this company enough, Eric is not only great at his job but seems to be a genuinely great person as well. Thanks for all the help! I’m incredibly pleased with the results.

Eric and his team were just amazing! His knowledge, experience and over all vibe made us feel like we were hiring the perfect team for the job. Our floors were horribly unlevel that Home Depot rejected the install job. Eric was our first call and he reassured us that our floors could be fixed! He truly made the first floor of our home feel like a new build! Eric was a dream to work with, communicating with my husband and I at every step.
