I’m extremely happy with how my bathroom turned out, and I would absolutely work with Renat and Denis again for any future projects. I originally reached out to them because my shower floor wasn’t leveled properly, causing water to pond and not drain correctly. What started as fixing the shower floor eventually expanded into a full bathroom remodel, and they handled the increased scope with flexibility and efficiency without causing delays. Throughout the entire process, they were highly communicative, detail-oriented, skilled, experienced, and always showed up on time. They consistently aimed for the highest quality possible within project constraints — and honestly, the finished result is so good that you wouldn’t even think there were constraints. Not only is the original drainage issue completely gone, but my bathroom is now beautiful, functional, and feels thoughtfully designed. What stood out the most was their process. Before hiring them, I was stressed and worried about how the project might go. But once they started, I rarely felt stressed because they kept me informed every step of the way, making sure we were aligned and helping me make decisions as work progressed. I ended up learning a lot about my home through their explanations and recommendations. They also kept everything incredibly clean, from the entryway to the stairs and hallway leading to the bathroom, which I really appreciated during a major remodel. I truly can’t say enough good things about them. We had a plumbing emergency that forced us to take down all the drywall on our kitchen ceiling, and we were convinced there was no way it could be repaired before the holidays. They absolutely saved us. They fit us in on a tight deadline, delivered incredibly high quality work, and were genuinely lovely people to have in our home. The price was incredibly reasonable- especially considering the time crunch and the final result is flawless.
