We were recommended to use Pro Source by our contractor, who uses them all the time for cabinets, tile, flooring, plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, and more. They were exceptional. Jimmy Zapper and Janet Loucel helped us tremendously finding the right products at big discounts. If they were busy or unavailable, either Ricky, Rocky, or Dana were right there to pitch in and help us. When we had some difficulties finding things, they went right to work and located the best quality products available to match our needs. They answered all of our questions with excellent and useful advice and made suggestions based on what we wanted and not what made them more money. When we did not understand something about how the products were supposed to work or be used, they either had or found the answers every time. When we asked to make some changes, they were polite and happy to respond quickly and appropriately. They did all the work needed to fit cabinets in our space, matching the dimensions for our appliances, and showing us how we could even make our kitchen more user friendly with modern accessories. If we found a better price on the same item, they either matched or beat it or found a better option at a better price. They always made sure it would be delivered quickly and were in constant contact with us and our contractor to make sure everything went smoothly. If we had even the slightest problem with anything they helped us get, they were our go-to people, rather than having to deal with the manufacturer or distributor. I don't remember ever working with a company before that was this customer satisfaction oriented.

I had a wonderful experience at Pro Source Concord. I had purchased flooring from them 15 years ago and returned only for flooring to find they had expanded to countertops, hardware, tile, etc. It was a one stop shop for our kitchen remodel and Rocky helped me with my entire kitchen remodel choices. They have a showroom with tons of choices and a database for price matching. If Rocky wasn’t available, the rest of the team helped with research and delivery time questions along with different views on my choice selection as I had to decide fast and can be indecisive at times. I highly recommend them if you want knowledgeable and friendly staff AND great prices!

I needed an emergency repair to my floor after a plumbing fiasco. Wanted to match the floor to not change the entire home.
