We had a very good experience with our flooring installation. The crew was efficient, respectful, and courteous throughout the process. The work was completed on time, and the floors look great. While there were a few minor communication barriers, it did not affect the quality of the work or the overall outcome. We would recommend them.

I recently used McCurley's Flooring Center to install engineered hardwood flooring in my home. The customer service I received from Jennifer and Peiman was excellent! The installers, Maria and Francisco were excellent also - very organized, clean and meticulous. They clearly take a lot of pride in their work. I highly recommend using McCurley's Flooring Center. I will use them for any future flooring needs. I love my new floors and am so pleased with the entire process and outcome!

I purchased the exquisite “Exotics by Garrison Patagonia Rosewood Teak” flooring from McCurley’s Floor Center Inc. at 2395 Monument Blvd, Ste. J, Concord, CA 94520. The sales team was extremely helpful, offering a wide range of options, and provided a competitive price once I made my selection. I truly appreciate the excellent service. The order was delivered to the store, and I personally picked it up. The items were well-packaged on two large pallets, securely wrapped in plastic. The order included 60 boxes of flooring planks and 20 stair noses. The staff assisted me with loading the items, and I signed the receipt upon pickup. Given the size of the order, unpacking and inspecting everything on-site was impractical. When my flooring contractor unpacked the stair noses, we discovered that 3 of them were cracked along their entire length. Each stair nose costs $100, resulting in a $300 loss. When I contacted the store for replacements, my request was denied. This experience left me feeling penalized for an issue beyond my control.
