We honestly could not be happier with our experience with Barbara and Concord Carpet & Hardwood. Managing a flooring project from another state could have been stressful, but Barbara made the entire process feel easy and seamless. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, patient, and just genuinely pleasant to work with every step of the way. The installers were professional, respectful, and did beautiful work. The floors completely transformed the home and honestly look even better than we imagined. It’s rare these days to find a company that combines great communication, quality workmanship, and excellent customer service, but this team absolutely delivered. We are so grateful and would highly recommend Barbara and Concord Carpet & Hardwood to anyone looking for beautiful floors and a smooth, stress-free experience.

We recently replaced all of the flooring in our home. I contracted with Concord Carpet and Hardwood because of Mark Cabrera, their estimator/project manager. Mark immediately came out, and was very thorough. He clearly and patiently answered our questions and addressed our concerns, the biggest being firm start and finish dates. In contrast with representatives of other companies, he committed to a specific start date that worked for us, and to assigning a sufficient crew to finish the job in one week. He fulfilled those commitments. The crew that Mark sent to our home were extremely competent, hard working floor installers. They very proficiently installed the new vinyl planking and carpet, as well as replacing all of our baseboards. They carefully moved our furniture throughout the installation, and minimized the impact of their work, including covering all cabinets with plastic sheeting and constantly cleaning up as they progressed. Mark's communication throughout the installation process was excellent. When I had questions, he would immediately respond to my calls or texts. When a couple of unexpected issues arouse, he promptly resolved them. I rarely make reviews, only when I have had a very noteworthy experience, either a 5 or 1 Star experience. Our experience with Concord Carpet and Hardwood definitely earned 5-stars.

Concord Carpet and Hardwood replaced a back room of carpet in my home with vinyl and I was really happy with the experience. It turned out that the job was more work than anticipated (no surprise there) and the floor needed to be both leveled and waterproofed along the walls. Mark kept me updated the entire time of the cost and what was going on while also finding a contractor who could do the sealant (normally a small job that would be hard to hire for). I felt the prices were fair and I was really happy with the work that the team did. I'd love to work with them again!
