Used them once and didnt have any problems. Used them for a second project and it was a nightmare. Damage to my house and walls. They had to send the installer out a second time because the work was so bad, even their own estimate guy said he would never leave a job the way my floors looked. They sent the installer out the second time unannounced (horrible communication with this company). I had to find my own painter to finish their job, luckily they took some of that cost off my bill. Eveytime they came to my house there was a mess, scuffs on the walls and some new problem. I still have smudges of glue on the brand new floors that makes it look like the floors are constantly dirty. Glue on the banister and risers of the stairs that had to be sanded off and repainted. I finally just paid them to be done because I was tired of fixing their problems everytime they sent someone to my house. You hire people you think would be professionals, pay a little extra to have the job done right and save you time. Instead you end up with more work and more out of pocket expenses with these people. This is your warning, find a different floor company.

Saved me LOTS of money buy finding me the best products for my lifestyle. I ended up having the installation by an outside company due to location was out of their range. They were honest and very helpful. I just wanted to hug and thank them. I wished my place was closer so I could have had them do the entire job. The only downside was having to wait to talk with someone. They are so busy and not always have full staffing on site.

Horrible experience. After having 2 bedrooms carpeted we came home and the closet doors were never rehung. Well its because they wouldnt fit back on. Instead of measuring or using common sense they just rushed through it or had no idea what they were doing. We called to have them come back out to either cut carpet out or remove padding so the doors would fit. The 2 men (one named Matthew I believe) that initially did the job came back out and were so rude and unprofessional. They said they wouldnt do anything and we'd have to have the doors cut ourselves so they could fit back on. I told them they should have contacted me 1st to give me the option of carpeting the closets if the doors wernt going to fit back on. I said if I would've known this I wouldn't have choose carpets in the closets. We didn't want to cut the closet doors for 1 and for 2 we dont own a skill saw. One of the men then had the odasity to say yeah your right. But yet they refused to even try to resolve the issue. They practically ran out my front door leaving us appalled of they're actions. Overpriced carpets that were installed by unknowledgable rude staff. Very disappointed.
