Amazing service from start to finish! The experience began with a prompt response from GroutPro via Yelp!, quickly followed up with a friendly and professional call to set up the appointment. Judging from the initial call, I just knew this was a great company. It’s difficult to explain, but sometimes you just know. Next, the owner, Kirk, stopped by to discuss the work that needed to be done. And, as I had expected, the interaction was professional and quite enjoyable, actually. Kirk is one of those kinds of people that are easy and a real pleasure to talk to. He provided me a very reasonable quote and the work was scheduled almost immediately. Today, Derek showed up promptly at our scheduled time and worked for several hours on our shower space. He did an amazing job! And, in keeping with the GroutPro experience thus far, he was professional and super-friendly! I can’t say enough about this company. I had high hopes that they’d be good, and they certainly did not disappoint. If you’re as picky as I am when it comes to good customer service, you just might want to give these folks a try! The quality will speak for itself! ❤️

I hired GroutPro to clean our tile floors and recondition the color of the grout. The team did a fabulous job of bringing the floors back to their former glory. It was an amazing experience and the team was so professional and eager to please with regard to the job. I then hired them to recondition all the tile on the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room counters and the tubs and showers. It's almost like stepping into a time machine and going back to when our home was new! They did a tremendous amount of work, and we are very happy with the results.

The team did a wonderful job. The kitchen and bathroom tile have never looked as good! They were thorough, professional and went the extra mile to provide excellent customer service.
