We were so fortunate to have Shane and his team install our floors. The job itself was technically demanding, as there were many strange angles and the original floors were very uneven. Even so, his team appropriately managed every single hurdle that came their way. They arrived to the site promptly every day. Throughout the entire process, they provided updates as to the state of the job. They finished the job on time with no additional overruns or hidden costs. And most importantly, our new floors look beautiful. We are all grateful for their hard work and would happily recommend them to all our friends. We had a great experience with Shane and Pablo replacing the carpet on the stairs with hardwood. They did a fantastic job making sure every thing was perfect; But not only that, they are super professional and respectful, they would arrive right on time every day, worked non stop and cleaned before going home.
