Well, if you don’t care when your project gets done and you have an incredible amount of patience then eventually you will get what you ordered from this store. All it took was placing the order 3 times and waiting a total of 2 months to get the order right. I would like to give 2 stars since the sales reps were friendly and took ownership of most of the errors, but I can’t. I can’t because on top of the reordering and patience, I am also out an additional $60 because they don’t know the sizes of the parts they sell. I needed to cover 7 and half feet and they insisted that the part I was getting was 7. Upon receiving the first order, which was the wrong color, it was clear that the part was closer to 8. I expressed this when reordering, but still they insisted the part may be less than 7 and a half. With the 2nd order never being placed I finally have the correct item with the 3rd order and rest assured the part is closer to 8 feet. To be clear I don’t think this was purposeful. Just incompetence.
