The Floor Store

Before ultimately purchasing and having my flooring installed by this store, I visited the store at least 5 times, looking at the samples and talking to salespeople. I spoke to 4 different people during my various visits and every single one of them listened and gave me great and honest ideas. I ultimately worked with Gio and during and after the purchase and installation, he checked in to make sure we were happy with the product and the install. Very pleased with our new kitchen floors!

We have shopped here twice before for our kitchen and laundry room and I'm angry at myself for not cross-checking their pricing. I assumed this place would have competitive prices, especially during a heavily advertised Memorial Day sale, but we came in for a quote on two different tiles for our bathroom and after Googling against the quote they came in 1.5x as expensive during a sale period as Home Depot does for the exact same tile any day of the week. (AC25 $14.50sqft vs $9.55sqft). When asked about this discrepancy, they reduced the price to $11.50 which was still $200 more, even without sales tax, during a sale! The whole process felt bad and made me think we left money on the table before by being easy customers instead of calling around. Our own fault but I still don't think we'll be back.

*****Final Update***** Finally, they finished the work, I like this^^ Thank you so much Floor store! ****** Update!!!! Kevin and the manager helped me to solve my problem, so they will retouch the trim for the thresholds, I hope the work is pretty good. *********** Kevin at Richmond was good for consulting at the time. But I am not satisfied with their finish. I have never seen like this finish. They have work properly, but the work for finish looks unprofessional. You see the pictures. I am complaining now(Second), so I will repost it when they do last work. Also they didn't work for other two. They make us so mad.
