Cal Flooring Auburn

We had a great experience with Cal Flooring from start to finish. Jackie & Chris were incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their pricing was significantly more reasonable than the larger companies we looked at, without sacrificing quality or service. They were also extremely helpful in guiding us through the selection process, providing samples, and making sure we found the perfect carpet for our new home. We couldn’t be happier with the results and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring/carpet!

The staff was extremely helpful with design, details regarding the products and supportive during the process. Each step of the process was explained in detail with follow up calls. We were able to take different samples home to put on the floor to see what worked best in our home. The bid was completed in a timely manner with all items broken down so we could decide (for cost) what we wanted to have done. The baseboards were order and arrived a few days before the crew was suppose to start so we were able to pick them up and paint them prior to installation. The day of installation the owner arrived at our home on time and introduced the crew that would be installing the floor. The crew did a great job about keeping things cleaned up as they worked and were careful about not damaging anything. They finished earlier than expected which was nice. When we have additional floors/carpet to be installed in our home we will return to Cal Flooring. Great experience!

Dropped by for advice about a project out of town. Even though I wouldn’t be able to use Cal Flooring for this job, Chris and Jackie were super helpful to answer my questions and explain product options. Great vibe, AND they have a cool French bulldog. We’ll definitely be back!
