Sandoval Fence Lathrop

Beware! Sandoval fence installed a brand new standard fence for our resident around 6 years ago (not cheap). Unbeknownst to us at the time, the fence posts were not cemented in. Now the high wind is causing the fence to blow over (no water damage or rotting). I tried to have Sandoval fix it but was delayed in getting a person out to inspect and delayed again on getting the quote. Then I was told they cannot schedule to fix the fence until July, nearly 3 months out. I've gotten two other quotes and both companies a) responded quickly to inspect and provide quotes and b) said they could schedule within 2 weeks or less. I feel Sandoval a) did not do the job properly in the first place, b) is disorganized or otherwise has process issues causing delays, c) schedules out so far so as to discourage doing business. This may be harsh but it seems deceptive to me and I'm disappointed and would not recommend using Sandoval fence.

I have used Sandoval Fence twice for my residential fencing needs. They have always been right on time, nice quality - friendly. Easy to work with! They made the whole process simple for us and our neighbors and we would recommend and use them again!!

Great job guys! I called Sandoval Fence for an estimate on a new fence that has been in need for about 10 years now & finally I got the neighbor to put her part in making this happen. I spoke to Laura & Sabrina both very sweet & professional. Chris came out withen 2 days gave me a price & started working on my fence a couple of days later. I am very satisfied with the work Rafa & Claudio did. I highly recommend Sandoval Fence. Thank you all again.
