Rude and incompetent company. Phoned and got a quote and order# for top-rail tubing and tension bands. Told the guy on the phone it was for a personal project, not company account and not for a fence. He said they could sell, but I'd have to pay cash. No problem. Showed up at the Will Call Counter 40 min later with cash. Ignored for 15 min, even though no other customers. Then a short Asian guy came out of the office with bad attitude. Said they only sell to companies with an account. Kept asking who I talked to. I don't know, didn't give a name, told him sounded like a hispanic accent. Showed office guy the phone# I called. Yes, correct. Asked how many people answer that phone, but he wouldn't answer. Kept acting like I was lying and didn't even look for an order#. I saw many supply companies with similar attitudes go bankrupt once Home Depot came. I'd contact the company President to suggest they clean house, but no e-mail. Some people don't deserve their jobs.

Listen. They sell stuff that we need so we go there regardless, but the customer experience is awful. Dont be surprised if u need to wait 30+ minutes to even have someone talk to you at the front desk. Even small simple orders can easily take over an hour to finish. Everyone is fairly nice but the wait times are awful and workers avoid you like the plague.

The individual who was present in the lobby demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. They exhibited indifference towards the customers and appeared to be unaware of the appropriate manner in which to interact with them.
