This was the first time our HOA used Housesavers. I was pleasantly surprised. In addition to their top notch quality and skilled service of our siding issues.....their communication style was very efficient and professional 👌. Thanks to the staff.... House Savers is amazing!!! They are super responsive, on it, professional and reasonably priced. I worked with Brittany in the office and Regan in the field and was super impressed! My parents are in their 80’s with brick stairs to the front door. Covered in moss in the winter. My dad slipped and broke his knee. The paramedics suggested power washing the moss off. I started Googling, got overwhelmed and asked my brother and friends who live in Marin where to go. They all said House Savers. My brother said our parents had used them for other things years ago for our decks and liked them. Now they’re older, get confused and sometimes scared when people arrive on the property. Brittany in the office and Regan in the field were so sensitive with that, remembered them and really went above and beyond keeping me informed the entire time since I don’t live near by. And, power washing isn’t their main business. Nor a profit area I’m sure. But, they made it a priority during a very busy time and kept the price at the minimum because they are good people and wanted to help. They were so kind, did extra things on other moss areas on the property to just help keep my parents be safe at the same minimum price and I just cannot thank them enough. My parents marvel and say the brick has never looked better - very true. But my concern was the safety, and the fact the brick that is over 40 years old looks brand new is a bonus! House Savers is really tops!

In my opinion the place is a ripoff. Charged me $353 to replace one board and then after 7 days put a lien on my house. Shameful!!! Now the Better Business Bureau is looking into Housesavers in San Rafael. Plus Home Adviser. Plus California State Contractors Board. After Home Advisers spoke with owner Steve and ask him to drop the Lien. He refused, yet they are still keeping them on their website. Sincerely, Deborah G Dispute Resolution Update: Now in my opinion the idiot owner Steve who spent $85.00 to put a lien on my house for $353 to replace one board ( Which I never approved) got paid as I sold my house. Now I am living on my island and he is still an idiot.
