Their team was **professional, efficient, and clearly know their products inside and out**. The **pricing was very competitive**, the **product quality excellent**, and they managed to **accommodate my requirements almost immediately**. Very disappointing experience with this company. Out of nearly 80 steel panels, 4 had damaged pickets and 23 of them were not what we ordered. The biased and regular panels were mixed in together and have a bunch of protective paper that covers the top and bottom rail, along with 50000 zip ties , so no one could tell they weren’t correct until we had already delivered and were getting ready to set up. Zero apology or recourse from anyone in the office at the company, though they did allow an exchange for the correct panels. That said, the replacement panels are horrible. They are covered in thick concrete dust and need to be repainted. Severely scuffed and discolored. Cost a day of work and a 5 hour drive, and we still need to fix them. The guy loading us up was nice and apologized, so kudos to him at least. I DO recommend Vantage Fence Supply, way better service and products, plus they pressure clean their panels. The panels in general from Fence Specialties are very dirty and need more cleaning than any other company we’ve used.
