PSG Fencing and Lumber

These guys did beautiful work in record time! We got our backyard fully fenced in with a large drive in gate and a small side gate for me to enter my garden and we are loving it! We’re certainly calling them for future additions and recommending to anyone needing fence work! Our yard is .25 acre and they got it by noon!! 1day!!!

The gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude when I tried to explain that the latch was installed backwards. I kindly asked him if they can flip the lock to be inside the yard not facing the alley. I explained to him that I would have to go through the alley to lock and unlock my padlock and this didn’t make sense to him. In a loud voice he said that was going to be a lot of work because they had to make a new gate. He said they would fix it but they ended up drilling a hole on the handle. He also hung up on me. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service this company provided.

Recently had them come out to put in 90’ of wire fence (w/ wood framing) and to reinforce posts on another part of our fence that was leaning. Couldn’t be happier with what they did. It looks great, it was done in half a day, everyone was very professional and courteous, and the price was 20% of what I was quoted by another contractor. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
