Champi Fence Company

Called on June 11 after a different company failed to follow up. Spoke with the representative who was very nice. She took down my info and told me that someone would be calling me back. I wanted to purchase two custom fence doors but instead, nothing. No follow up either. I will see if someone in Fresno wants my business instead.

Watching the reviews, I noticed that I am not the only one who has been ignored by this company, months waiting for an estimate and nothing, if they don't want to work they should close instead of giving that treat to customers.

I’ve had Champi do several fences and gates over the years but my recent experience was terrible. I called several times over a roughly month long period and finally got someone to come out and give an estimate. The guy showed up, took some measurements, and then left without saying a word. I never heard back from him or anyone else. I called three or four more times and each time I was told someone would get back to me with the estimate. I gave up after another month of waiting. It’s been about six months since I first called and still no one has called back.
