There all nice, but they have adjusters who don't turn in paperwork; we have been waiting 3 weeks for a price on fence repair; and next is what? To get the work done but no one showed up... so if you don't hear from them in a few days option to another fence company... they charge the same price... not sure what happened..

First impression was great. Their estimator showed up on time took measurements and said I would have a quote in one week. After about three weeks I called the office and was told I would get a call back the next day. After another few weeks I left word on their answering machine on 11-19 with no return phone call. Will now move on to another vendor. Scott Jacobsen

I called several times to inquire about a fence and provided measurements for a quote. I had to made more calls to receive a return call. Never received the complete quote. Needlessly to say, they will not be my choice. Friendly yes. Thorough not so much. Accuracy was not the question, due to not being at the site, lack of return phone calls was the issue.
