Called the day before and talked to outside salesperson. Arrived today @ 10am Saturday and it is tighten than a drum. Called on phone and got an answering machine. Was clearly told that they are open on Saturdays. Now to find someone else who is more reliable.

Called for a quote to widen a gate they installed a few years prior. Bob quoted me 700-800 to only replace one half of the gate or 1400 for both sides. He gave me an appointment for 2 weeks later. One week later he calls me at 0900hrs on a Friday and says "my guy will be there around noon." I told him I was out of town and that wasn't the appointment date. He said "well it needs to be today or not for a month." So I found someone to go to the house and installer Robert showed up. He didn't speak to me but had 3rd parry explain was happening and price was 1400. I assumed that meant both sides were being replaced. I got home and he only replaced one half of the gate and the welds had holes. I called Bob the next day and he flaked for 2 weeks to look at the fence. This happened in May of 2023. It's now October 25th and Robert has told me over a dozen times he was coming over to fix it. Only to flake and no show. Bob told me in September he would refund my money and has now not returned my last 8 calls and their office is never open. This is a garbage business

Working with Robert and his crew was a fantastic experience. I'm very picky and often have a lot of questions and concerns. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided top of the line customer service and peace of mind. They turned out a amazing product for our home needs. The price was affordable.
