very rude customer service over the phone. he kept interrupting me and was insisting i was ignorant. i called for a simple question and quote but he was very unprofessional. he hung up the phone on me and when i called back thinking we disconnected, he would not pick up. was not willing to assist. definitely would not recommend.

I called Roland on an emergency basis -- when my circuit breaker panel failed. He came out promptly and worked for hours in direct sunlight on one of the hottest days of the year (in July, well over 100 degrees F). I was amazed and impressed with the diligence and carefulness with which he worked under this oppressive heat! But he did a fantastic job, and it passed inspection (by the county electrical inspector) easily (which is required when such work is done). Roland is a true professional, and he really knows what he's doing! Highly recommended.

Thank god I got a second opinion. Roland came and charged 300 for a inspection where he did the bear minimum and quoted me over 5k for job. Got an another electrician to quote me and did the job in the fraction of the cost. It's not even the cost that bothered me; its that he wouldn't tell me what he going to do. Go the extra mile and seek another opinion. If I could give 0/5 stars I would. I called him based on his glowing reviews, not sure how he has these many. Please be aware of people like him that pry on home owners
