Super helpful. My rotary phase converter's motor was making noise, I suspected bad bearings, talked to Brian & asked him to listen to it on speaker phone without mentioning my suspicion, he confirmed it sounded like bad bearings. I'm impressed by that - asking for a mechanical diagnosis over the phone is kinda ridiculous but he did it & got it right. Their shop was really busy when I called so I started the job myself & brought just the rotor to him to swap the bearings (which they had in stock). I'm impressed by that too - not worried that I was gonna mess something up & make their job harder, just focused on working with me to get me running again as soon as possible.

They don't do residential work but the lady on the phone was polite and professional. And gave a number to contact for residential eletric. Thank you so much
