We've had some sewer line backup issues at my property and I was out of town. When the tenants complained about this. I was able to remotely contact the plumbing service and they sent very capable technician who worked diligently to not only unclog the pipes, but also take detailed photos to highlight some systemic issues that I'll need to address in the future. I appreciate the thorough analysis not only from the initial technician, but the follow-up project manager who helped explain the root cause for these plumbing issues. I'm continuing to work with them to resolve these issues in a more sustainable manner.

Found them on Yelp and was very happy with their service, work and cost. Very professional. Was always prompt in responding. Showed up exactly as promised and completed the work very well. It was for an old toilet removal and new toilet installation. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be contacting them for our future plumbing needs.

I submitted an electrical project and Beeline Services sent a message for me to reach out to them rather than contacting me like the other companies did. I called them and we agreed on an appointment day and time for an in person consultation, which they ended up rescheduling to the next day without contacting me to check my availability. After I followed up with them and got my appointment rescheduled, they called the day of the new appointment to see if they can arrive at that exact moment (hours earlier than the scheduled time) which I was not available to do. The appointment was rescheduled again to the following day with a 2pm arrival time. On the day of the new appointment, twenty minutes after 2pm, the technician still did not arrive. I called them and I was told it would now be 3pm with no heads up. At 3:15pm the technician still did not arrive and I tried calling them twice with no answer so I could cancel the appointment. I sent a text to two different numbers to cancel the appointment, which they canceled 15 minutes later with no attempt to reschedule and try to earn my business.
