We recently remodeled our entire detached garage to use as a guest suite and needed a comprehensive electrical blueprint from scratch. A specific circuit breaker in our garage panel would instantly snap off the moment we flipped it on, even with absolutely nothing plugged into that zone. The technician traced the loop through the attic and located an old wire section that had been chewed through by a rodent. He replaced the compromised line section cleanly, completely resolving the direct short.

Our 1970s split-level home was still running on an outdated 100-amp distribution system that kept tripping when we tried to run the dryer and kitchen appliances together. The upgrade crew spent a day cleanly expanding our system to a modern 200-amp capacity with all-new, clearly labeled switches. The craftsmanship inside the box is incredibly neat, and we now have plenty of room for future household projects.
