Extremely poor customer service. When I called to resolve an accounting issue, the person who answered was surprisingly rude and dismissive. She interrupted me mid-sentence, asked for clarification and then accused me of talking over her when I tried to clarify my responses when asked. The whole exchange felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional. While the company’s electrical work itself seems fine, the lack of respect and basic courtesy on the administrative side makes it hard to recommend them. It’s frustrating to deal with a business that treats customers this way when you’re simply trying to get help.

Ridgeway Electric is nothing short of amazing. The owners and staff have personally donated thousands of dollars over the years to some incredible projects. HEROES Park in Stockton CA-building a beautiful community park in a very challenging neighborhood that has no such space. LOVE Gustine a day of city-wide community service to make our neighbors smile and our city sparkle. Calvary First-Stockton CA, the owner of Ridgeway has personally donated extraordinary support, materials, use of tools, equiptment, vehicles, staff, and even free personal expert advice to help the relaunch of a local Church that is doing extraordinary things in their community. Every week this Church feeds in upwoards of 500 people. Ridgeway has repeatedly helped Churches out of electrical jams many times for nothing in return. For years they have sponsored children's soccer, baseball, and volleyball teams, youth scollarships and so much more. This is a company with and exceptionally generous heart. My personal expreince with Ridgeway Electric is nothing but positive!

What I like best is having one of your company vans parked in front of my neighbors houses all weekend long. While the employees driveway is empty. The same goes for weeknights when your company van gets parked in front of everyone s house
