I was very pleased with my service from Integrity Electric. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the technician showed up on time, was very efficient, and very friendly. He kept me informed of what he was doing because I was interested. I thought the fee for the service was reasonable.

I cannot say enough good things about Integrity Electric. I made the call after my electrical panel shorted out, and the owner personally came out to assess the situation. Since this was an emergency, they wasted no time getting the problem fixed and restoring power safely to my home. What really stood out to me was their quick response, professionalism, and clear communication during a very stressful situation. They treated the problem with urgency and made me feel like I was in good hands from the start. If you need an honest, responsive, and knowledgeable electrical company, I would highly recommend Integrity Electric.

Integrity gave us the BEST experience-- I can honestly say they're the best I've ever worked with. We had 2 outdoor decks that needed wiring for extensive lighting both on the fence and on the steps. Our deck contractor was working very quickly, and Integrity stepped in quickly right when we needed them at short notice, installed GFCI outlets, conduits and wiring, directed me to the right store to buy the needed lights (both shell and post), and checked in regularly with my husband and myself via text and phone. We were impressed especially by Kipp's excellent expertise and communication, as well as his quick ability to assess what was needed, to install, and to evaluate next steps and finishing the project in good time. Highly recommend, and we will gladly hire Integrity for our next projects. Update: Kipp stepped in again and extended the conduit to our side yard shed.
