Daniel Huston who works for Bob Ruffa Electric Inc. came to my home found the problem, showed me the problem, then removed and replaced the problem defect that caused the problem in a professional manner. Daniel was professional, safe and had a sense of urgency. I absolutely appreciate his service. Definitely appreciate the hard work.
Needed a quote for some repairs on a home I'm in escrow for. Bob came out looked at the items and told me he'd get back to me with a quote, unfortunately I never heard back. I emailed him and called the office and spoke with his associate to leave a message on receiving the quote and next steps. It's been over 2 weeks. I must've slipped through the cracks as it seems he runs a decent establishment. Hopefully just a one off.
Was put on a call list and never received a call back, ended up calling another local electrician (Lentz) who immediately took care of us.
