Checked my HVAC at the beginning of summer, without making an appointment, he was kind enough to fit us in between appointments ( that time of year that's a big deal) and didn't charge an after hours/emergency call fee. While here his guys fixed a couple honey do's without extra charge. Very personable, knowledgeable and definitely made sure the job was done right.
