I am pleased with the quality of the work Craft Electric did. The job was completed properly, everything functions as expected, and the crew was capable and professional on site. 4.5 stars for quality of work. The only reason I’m not leaving a full five stars is around billing clarity. I was on-site for over two hours and observed that while the electricians were doing the hands-on work, the owner spent a fair amount of that same on-site time managing—taking calls, quoting other jobs, coordinating with contractors, and scheduling future work. That time was billed at the same rate and duration as the electricians actively working on the project. I fully understand that job management, code compliance, material planning, and coordination are real work and add value. Customers should simply be aware that this supervisory time is billed as on-site labor, at approximately $165/hour, and can equal active labor time. Overall, I’m happy with the outcome and would consider using Craft Electric again, knowing I’m paying a premium. This feedback was shared directly with the business, and I was informed that time is billed accurately. Sharing this here so others know what to expect and can avoid surprises—particularly if they’re accustomed to overhead being baked into labor rates rather than billed alongside them.

Professional, knowledgeable, experienced, efficient, courteous. They enabled us to replace our master electrical panel when we were under a tight deadline. Would use them again anytime.
