Bay Lighting and Power

I am very pleased with the work completed by bay lighting at my home. They tackled a very complicated project that a previous contractor failed to do. Mark was very knowledgeable and did not mind explaining and answering all the many questions we had. Their work was very clean and even received compliments from the city inspector. Overall, I highly recommend Mark and his team and I won’t hesitate to call them again for any future projects.

Incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. I called in the middle of the night to report an issue with my electricity. Alex picked up immediately, listened to everything I had to say, and gave me the most honest advice possible. From his experience, he immediately suspected it was a PG&E issue, advising me to call PG&E instead of charging me anything. Alex’s kind and honest advice saved me unnecessary expenses and inconvenience. He is an honest guy who means very well for all his customers.

Overall: Mark is an expert electrician. He listens to what you want and offers efficient and cost effective solutions and designs. He is responsible and their price is fair. I can tell he really cares about his work. He is dependable and professional. When it comes to complicated electrical problems, you can always count on Bay Power and Lighting. Bathroom vent installation: He recommended a dependable vent model and explained why it was important to get a better model for about the same price. I love learning and he and his team didn't mind explaining things to me while they were working. He and his team have a great attitude and respect their customers. Ceiling fan installation: Though I didn't often use my outdoor ceiling fan/light, it broke after 3 years. Mark took great care in assembling the fan and installing it and making sure it was balanced. He told me the key to keeping a ceiling fan lasting a long time is ensure it's balanced. Electrical outlets: My garbage disposal stopped working. Mark did a quick troubleshoot and determined the wiring went bad. My house is over 60 years old and the wiring probably was never upgraded. He fixed it quickly. I appreciate his responsiveness and expertise. I highly recommend Bay Power and Lighting! Mark is very professional and honest, which is really hard to find in contractors.
