I was unsure if there was an easy solution to this problem, considering the original solar company went bankrupt a few years ago. I anticipated a long and arduous struggle with the solar manufacturer but Israel, the owner of Sunverse Energy, alleviated my concerns as soon as we spoke. He determined it was likely the inverter that had failed and contacted the manufacturer on my behalf. Thankfully the inverter was still under warranty, and Israel installed the device soon after he received it. He got my solar panels and inverter working again. I sincerely appreciated the excellent customer service he provided, his great attitude and transparency. His quality of work and professionalism was impressive. Thank you Israel!
Israel was very helpful and doing what he does best. Had my Tesla wall connector installs and working less than 2 hours. Very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.
With full transparency it was a true flawless experience getting my EV charger installed with Israel! He’s very polite and also fair with his pricing. He was quick and on time in every aspect even showed up earlier than expected! Couldn’t recommend him enough VERY neat work as well! (Charger not installed at the time of picture)
