Richard was excellent. He came out, was very professional, took his time explaining the issue and options. While others on the phone had projected a very lengthy and expensive process with no alternatives, Richard gave us an affordable, safe option (and explained how to do it ourselves avoiding labor and supply costs). His solution worked perfect. He was friendly, considerate and most of all he kept the interests and safety of the homeowner as his number one priority, not just money. I would refer him to all.
