Write a ReviewWe had Frontpoint for around 6 years and they went from fairly good customer service to nearly ZERO customer service. We couldn't get through to them. When we called they would ask us to leave a # and tell us they would get back to us. Frustrated, I called Sebastian and they made an appointment to come out and assess our needs. They utilized what they could of our previous system and added an outdoor security camera overlooking our driveway. All work performed was professional and they provided great month to month service... UNTIL we encountered a problem which required a service technician. (story to be continued....)
