ZERO STARS! One of their company’s trucks hit our car and the guy did not even apologize. It seemed like they knew what they were doing and we were generous enough to give him enough space for parking, but they still intentionally hit our car just to get us to park somewhere else. Apparently they like calling tickets on people who park in front of their business (their own words as i confront them about my car) even tho it’s public parking and they love to do the same. Funniest thing is as we enter their office and asked “who owns that truck” they IMMEDIATELY knew what we were talking about. After we confronted him, my coworker started talking and he shifted the conversation to my coworker and just left me (car owner) and conversation just ended there. they for sure know what they were doing and i did not get an apology. 👎

I cannot begin to explain how upset I am about my experience with TEC. They started work on my house and the project ended up being bigger than expected. I was told they would call me to set up another appointment. Months went by and I heard nothing. I called, texted, emailed nothing. Finally, I received a call back asking me to email again and I would get a response with a date. Weeks go by and still no response so, I call back. This time the man who returned my call berated me. Threatened to sue me and put a lean on my house. He told me how successful he is and how I couldn't even imagine how much money he makes and he will take everything I have from me. All I wanted was someone to acknowledge that they were still working with me. I understand how busy everyone is and what difficult times we live in, but I did not need someone to yell at me after not getting a response for 3 months. Also, I have never received a bill and the man was not even able to tell me what I owe.

It was the second time I’ve got service from Thornton company and will do again. The guys Dave,Don and Jonathan done amazing job replacing main electrical panel. They even brought a generator, so we could have power and were able to continue working without interruptions. Thank you so much for all you’ve done!
